Refund policy

any unused and unaltered pieces can be returned for a refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery date. returns from orders that received the free shipping promotion will be refunded minus the actual shipping. all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. please email us at info@laura-mar.com to arrange for a refund or exchange.
